Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Conducting diverse ultrasound examinations, covering areas such as abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Ensuring patient comfort and safety during procedures by thoroughly explaining each phase with empathy and clarity
• Working in close partnership with radiologists and referring physicians to provide outstanding diagnostic imagery
• Operating and maintaining imaging equipment, with a prompt report of any malfunctions
• Accurately documenting procedures and maintaining detailed patient records using electronic medical systems
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in ultrasound technology and best practices

Education and Qualifications

• An Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a relevant field
• Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Certifications Required

• Valid certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
