Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Assess each patient's unique challenges and craft targeted therapy plans aimed at restoring function and independence
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven clinical techniques to improve patients' motor function, cognitive performance, and ability to manage daily activities
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner actively with physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to ensure well-rounded, whole-patient care
• Educate and Empower: Equip patients and their support networks with the tools and techniques needed to carry progress beyond the clinic walls
• Track and Refine Outcomes: Maintain thorough documentation, evaluate clinical progress, and adjust treatment approaches to keep each patient moving forward

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a regionally or nationally accredited program
• Post-graduate certifications and continuing education are enthusiastically welcomed and actively supported

Certifications

• Current, active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure in good standing
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
