Description – Your Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and sophisticated clinical lab tests—including chemistry, hematology, and immunology—adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Aid in specimen collection and manage sample preparation for testing as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and help maintain laboratory quality assurance standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment while strictly complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, alongside readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hiring.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment.

• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities for productive collaboration within healthcare teams.
• Proficient in independent judgment and problem-solving in dynamic or high-pressure environments.
