Job Description

• Craft Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients’ unique needs and create personalized treatment strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to improve patients’ motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, integrated patient care
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Share valuable therapy techniques with patients and their families to promote sustained progress at home
• Track and Adapt Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients remain on the path to success

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Encouragement for ongoing education or postgraduate certifications

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
