What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering full-spectrum primary care to patients of all ages, from newborns to older adults, with a relationship-first philosophy.
• Diagnosing and managing acute illnesses, chronic conditions, preventive care needs, and behavioral health concerns with clinical precision and genuine empathy.
• Performing comprehensive physical exams, ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies, and crafting individualized care plans that reflect each patient's goals and circumstances.
• Working hand-in-hand with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and consulting physicians to ensure that no patient falls through the cracks.
• Contributing actively to quality improvement programs that push outcomes forward and keep the practice at the forefront of modern medicine.
• Documenting patient care accurately and efficiently through an intuitive electronic medical records system.
• Seeing patients both in the clinic and through telemedicine, offering the flexibility today's patients expect.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (required).
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
