What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient panel spanning pediatric through geriatric populations.
• Diagnosing and managing acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and behavioral health needs using a whole-person framework.
• Performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostics, and building individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.
• Partnering closely with care coordinators, behavioral health providers, and specialists to close care gaps and improve outcomes.
• Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and value-based care metrics that elevate the practice as a whole.
• Maintaining thorough, timely documentation within a modern electronic medical records system.
• Seeing patients both in person and through telehealth platforms to meet them where they are.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (required).
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
