• Maintain thorough, audit-ready documentation and contribute to the onboarding and training of new lab staff or students rotating through.
• Champion a clean, compliant, and safe workspace while meeting all applicable regulatory and accreditation benchmarks.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Science, or a closely related allied health discipline — or an equivalent degree combined with active pursuit of ASCP or AMT board certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) required, or must be obtained within one year of hire date.
• Active certification status must be maintained continuously throughout employment.
