Overview
Are you an Occupational Therapist who believes that restoring function is about more than physical movement — that it is about giving people their lives back? If the idea of doing deeply meaningful clinical work in one of the most energetic, forward-moving cities in the country speaks to you, then this opportunity was designed with you in mind.

Whether you are bringing years of hands-on experience or the fresh fire of early career passion, there is a seat at this table and a caseload ready to challenge and inspire you.

- Educate and Empower: Teach patients and their support systems how to carry progress forward beyond the clinic walls
- Track Outcomes and Refine Plans: Maintain thorough documentation, monitor patient development, and adapt treatment approaches to keep momentum going

- Comfort working autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative, team-first environment
Benefits
- Full-time position with scheduling flexibility to support work-life balance
- Mentorship programs and structured pathways for professional advancement
- Access to state-of-the-art tools, technology, and documentation platforms
- A team culture that values your contributions and invests in your growth
- Opportunities to lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives
What Your Days Will Look Like
This role asks more of you than following a protocol — it asks you to see the whole person. One morning you might be guiding a stroke survivor through the painstaking but triumphant work of regaining fine motor control. The next, you could be helping a post-surgical patient relearn the small but essential movements that make daily life feel normal again. Every session is its own story, and your expertise is the thread that ties the chapters together.
You will not be working in isolation. This team believes in co-creating care — drawing from the expertise of every discipline at the table to build rehabilitation plans that are as layered and personal as the patients themselves. Expect collaboration, candid conversations, and the kind of clinical dialogue that sharpens your skills every single week.
The Team You Will Join — and the City That Will Ground You
There is something different about this team. It is not just the clinical quality — though that bar is high — it is the culture. People here cheer for each other's wins, cover for each other on hard days, and never stop learning. You will have a voice, a mentor, and a crew that genuinely wants to see you succeed.
And then there is Austin, Texas — a city that has earned its reputation for being utterly one of a kind. Nestled where the Texas Hill Country begins to unfurl, Austin is a place where live music drifts out of open doors on a Tuesday night, where Barton Springs beckons on a sweltering afternoon, and where the weekend might mean paddleboarding on Lady Bird Lake or hiking the trails of the Barton Creek Greenbelt.
The food scene alone could fuel a relocation decision. From legendary Franklin Barbecue lines that feel like a rite of passage to inventive restaurants along South Congress Avenue, Austin feeds body and soul in equal measure. The culture is a beautiful collision — tech innovation meets live music legacy, outdoor adventure meets urban sophistication, small-town warmth meets big-city ambition.
It is a city that attracts dreamers, builders, and doers — and somehow still manages to feel like home the moment you arrive.
The Right Fit for This Role
We are not simply filling a position. We are looking for someone who feels called to this work — who finds meaning in the moment a patient buttons their own shirt for the first time after injury, or lifts a cup independently, or walks into their kitchen and cooks a meal they thought they might never make again.
If you carry that sense of purpose into every evaluation, every intervention, and every conversation with a caregiver — you are exactly who we have been waiting for. Experience is valued, but heart is non-negotiable.
Your Next Chapter Starts Here
This is more than a job listing. It is an invitation to plant roots in a community that is alive with possibility, and to build a career doing work that genuinely changes the trajectory of people's lives. Austin is calling. Your patients are waiting. And this team is ready to welcome you.
If you are ready to bring your best to a place that will give its best right back — apply today and let's start the conversation.
