Description

• Perform comprehensive evaluations across inpatient and outpatient settings and build individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions targeting mobility, muscular strength, postural stability, and functional independence
• Partner with interdisciplinary care teams including physicians, nurses, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation professionals to drive optimal patient outcomes
• Guide patients and their support networks through therapeutic goals, home exercise programming, and safe discharge transitions
• Maintain thorough, compliant clinical documentation in alignment with facility standards and regulatory requirements
• Engage actively in team rounds and multidisciplinary conferences to support coordinated, patient-centered care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Texas
• CPR certification preferred
