* Identify and source qualified healthcare candidates through MLR's proprietary tools and your personal network
 

* Initiate outreach to prospective candidates, introduce available opportunities, and assess genuine interest
 

* Coordinate and schedule appointments between candidates and our experienced recruiting team
 

* Nurture leads with thoughtful follow-up that keeps momentum alive throughout the hiring journey
 

* Keep candidate records current and organized within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn performance-based commission tied to meetings booked, interviews completed, and successful placements originating from your outreach
