Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Conduct thorough evaluations to understand each patient's goals and functional limitations, then craft tailored therapy programs that move them forward

• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nursing staff, and social workers to deliver seamlessly integrated, whole-person care

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Certifications

• Current, unrestricted Occupational Therapist Registered / Licensed (OTR/L) credential
• NBCOT certification in good standing is required
