Role Responsibilities

• Perform thorough physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic workups, and craft individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals.

• Actively contribute to quality improvement projects aimed at elevating patient outcomes, safety standards, and practice efficiency.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Extend access and convenience to patients through both in-person appointments and telehealth visits.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (ABFM or AOBFP).
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
