Job Description

• Craft Individualized Care Plans: Conduct thorough evaluations and design tailored occupational therapy programs that align with each patient's personal goals and functional needs
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply current, research-supported techniques to support improvements in fine motor skills, cognitive function, and activities of daily living
• Champion Collaborative Care: Partner seamlessly with physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, nursing staff, and social workers to ensure well-rounded, integrated treatment
• Empower Patients and Families: Provide education and hands-on instruction to help patients and their caregivers carry progress beyond the therapy room and into everyday life
• Track Outcomes and Refine Treatment: Maintain accurate clinical documentation and continuously evaluate patient progress, adjusting interventions to ensure optimal outcomes

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Post-graduate certifications and continuing education opportunities are both encouraged and actively supported

Certifications

• Current, active Occupational Therapist Registered / Licensed (OTR/L) credential
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
