* Coordinate and schedule discovery meetings between interested candidates and our internal recruiting team
 

* Nurture your pipeline through thoughtful follow-up that keeps candidates engaged throughout the process
 

* Keep your records clean and current within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn commissions tied to meetings scheduled, interviews completed, and successful placements originating from your outreach
