Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients’ needs and craft individualized therapy strategies aimed at achieving their rehabilitation goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based practices to improve patients’ motor skills, cognitive abilities, and everyday activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in conjunction with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Families: Equip patients and their families with knowledge on therapy interventions to foster progress beyond therapy sessions
• Track Progress and Adjust: Monitor clinical progress meticulously and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Continuing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification mandatory
