Description

• Perform comprehensive evaluations for patients in inpatient and outpatient settings and develop individualized, goal-directed treatment plans

Education

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent graduate degree from a nationally accredited institution

Certifications

• Active Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Texas
• CPR certification is preferred
