What You Will Be Doing

* Coordinate and schedule introductory appointments between qualified candidates and our internal recruiting team
 

* Nurture candidate relationships through consistent, thoughtful follow-up that keeps momentum alive throughout the hiring process
 

* Keep candidate records current and organized within our applicant tracking system
 

* Generate commissions tied to the meetings you set, the interviews that follow, and the successful placements that trace back to your outreach
