• Examine outcomes for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection and properly prepare samples for testing as necessary.

• Uphold cleanliness and safety in the workplace while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation mandates.

Education & Certification Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification, paired with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Licensure & Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
