What You Will Do Day to Day

• Deliver comprehensive, continuous care across all life stages, from young children through older adults and everyone in between.
• Diagnose and manage acute conditions, chronic disease, preventive health needs, and behavioral health concerns with a patient-centered mindset.
• Perform thorough physical examinations, review and interpret diagnostic results, and craft individualized care plans tailored to each patient's goals and circumstances.
• Work closely with care coordinators, behavioral health clinicians, and specialist partners to ensure no patient falls through the cracks.
• Contribute to quality improvement programs that sharpen outcomes and elevate the overall care experience.
• Maintain precise, timely documentation using your clinic's electronic medical record system.
• Extend your reach through telehealth services, meeting patients where they are and when they need you most.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree earned from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (or active board eligibility).
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility and willingness to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
