About the Role

We are actively recruiting a skilled and dedicated Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join a thriving imaging department committed to delivering patient-centered care with technical precision. Working alongside experienced radiologists, referring physicians, and a collaborative clinical team, you will perform a wide spectrum of ultrasound studies that inform treatment and change lives. What You Will Be Responsible For

• Conducting a broad range of ultrasound examinations including abdominal, pelvic, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts studies
• Guiding patients through procedures with empathy and clear communication, ensuring comfort and cooperation at every step
• Producing high-quality diagnostic images and working directly with radiologists and care teams to support accurate clinical interpretation
• Maintaining, troubleshooting, and promptly reporting any concerns related to imaging equipment performance
• Entering detailed and accurate documentation of procedures within the electronic health record system
• Staying engaged with emerging trends, updated protocols, and evolving best practices in sonographic imaging

Education

• Associate or Bachelor degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a closely related discipline
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited sonography program is strongly preferred

Credentials Required

• Active certification through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or a recognized equivalent
• Current BLS certification preferred at time of hire
