Pharmacist - Day Shift

MLR is excited to partner with a respected healthcare system to hire a skilled Pharmacist for a full-time, day shift role. This permanent position is focused on delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care while ensuring strict compliance with state and federal regulations. The Pharmacist will also oversee the safe and accurate preparation of medications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-time, direct hire position in a respected healthcare system.
• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical services, ensuring precise and safe medication preparation and distribution.
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians and trainees, offering guidance on daily tasks and workflows.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.

Pharmacist - Day Shift Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
• Active Pharmacist license in Texas.
• 5 years in a hospital setting or PGY-1 or PGY-2 residency
