Description

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations in inpatient or outpatient settings and develop individualized, goal-driven treatment plans
• Deliver physical therapy interventions targeting strength, mobility, balance, and overall functional performance
• Work closely with physicians, nursing staff, case managers, and rehabilitation colleagues to drive optimal patient outcomes
• Guide patients and their families through therapeutic goals, home exercise programs, and discharge preparation
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of assessments, treatments, and patient progress in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Contribute actively to interdisciplinary care conferences and team rounds to support coordinated, patient-centered care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualifying degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Texas
• CPR certification preferred
