Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care across all life stages, from pediatric patients to seniors and everyone in between.
• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, chronic conditions, preventive care needs, and behavioral health concerns with empathy and precision.
• Perform thorough physical examinations, review and interpret diagnostic results, and craft individualized care plans tailored to each patient.
• Partner closely with care coordinators, behavioral health clinicians, and specialist networks to ensure seamless, holistic care delivery.
• Engage actively in quality improvement efforts designed to elevate patient outcomes and streamline clinical operations.
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation through electronic medical record systems.
• Provide both in-person and telehealth services to meet patients wherever they are.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine required.
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
