Job Description

• Design Individualized Treatment Plans: Conduct thorough assessments to uncover each patient's unique functional goals and develop targeted therapy strategies that meet them where they are
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply current, research-supported techniques to strengthen motor function, cognitive performance, and independence in daily activities
• Partner with Interdisciplinary Care Teams: Collaborate daily with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver cohesive, whole-person rehabilitation
• Empower Patients and Their Support Networks: Teach patients and family members the tools and techniques they need to sustain progress beyond the clinic walls

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Certifications
