Description

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, nurses, case managers, and rehab specialists to drive optimal patient outcomes
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding therapeutic objectives, home exercise programs, and safe discharge strategies
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment sessions in alignment with facility protocols and regulatory standards

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent graduate degree from an accredited institution

Certifications
