Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a closely related healthcare discipline
• Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program strongly preferred

Required Certifications

• Active certification through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or a recognized equivalent credentialing body
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
