Description – What You Will Achieve

• Conduct both routine and specialized clinical lab tests such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology in accordance with established guidelines.
• Evaluate test results for consistency, address discrepancies, and perform necessary calibration and maintenance on laboratory equipment.
• Support the team with specimen collection and prepare samples for a variety of analyses when needed.
• Thoroughly record all processes, mentor new colleagues, and ensure the lab meets high standards of quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment while adhering to all regulatory standards and accreditation protocols.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree, along with ASCP / AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Uphold current certification throughout your career with us.
