What You'll Be Doing

* Identify and source qualified healthcare candidates through our proprietary platform and your personal network
 

* Initiate outreach to prospective candidates, introduce MLR's opportunities, and assess their interest and availability
 

* Coordinate and schedule discovery appointments between candidates and our internal recruiting team
 

* Nurture your pipeline by following up with leads and keeping momentum alive throughout the hiring journey
 

* Keep detailed, accurate candidate records updated within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn tiered commission tied to meetings booked, interviews completed, and placements that originate from your outreach

How Compensation Works

This is a performance-driven, commission-only position. That means no earnings ceiling, no glass wall between your effort and your reward.

Here is how you earn:

* Commission for every qualified appointment you successfully schedule
 

* Additional earnings when interviews are conducted from your candidate leads
 

* Commission multipliers tied to net-new business you generate
 

* Bonus commission when a placement is made that traces back to your original outreach
 

* Performance-based incentives including retention bonuses for sustained contributors
