Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs to create individualized therapy strategies aimed at achieving their functionality goals
• Implement Evidence-Based Therapy: Employ research-driven methods to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and day-to-day living
• Collaborate with a Diverse Team: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver complete, patient-focused care
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques to support continued progress beyond sessions
• Assess and Track Progress: Monitor clinical results and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary to ensure patient success

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Encouragement and support for continuing education or advanced certifications

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
