Pharmacist - Day Shift

MLR is partnering with a well-established healthcare system to hire a dedicated Pharmacist for a full-time, permanent role. This position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional pharmaceutical care while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical services, ensuring the accurate preparation and distribution of medications.
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians and trainees to maintain high standards of care.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professionalism in all aspects of pharmacy operations.

Pharmacist - Day Shift Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• License: Active pharmacist license in Texas.
• 5 years of hospital experience or PGY-1 or PGY-2 residency
