• Performing preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment to ensure consistent, reliable performance.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health field — or an equivalent combination of education and certification preparation through ASCP or AMT pathways.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science is required, with the expectation that it be obtained within one year of your start date if not already held.
• Active maintenance of certification throughout the duration of employment is a must.
