Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Evaluate each patient's unique functional challenges and craft tailored therapeutic strategies aimed at restoring meaningful participation in daily life
• Deliver Targeted Therapeutic Interventions: Apply research-supported techniques to improve fine motor function, cognitive performance, sensory processing, and activities of daily living
• Engage in Team-Based Care: Partner with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to deliver well-rounded, patient-centered rehabilitation
• Educate and Empower: Guide patients and their families through home exercise programs and adaptive strategies that extend the benefits of therapy beyond the clinic walls
• Track Progress and Refine Approaches: Maintain thorough clinical documentation, monitor measurable outcomes, and modify treatment plans to keep each patient moving forward

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist Registered / Licensed (OTR/L) credential in good standing
