What You Will Be Doing

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies, and crafting individualized treatment plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, and chronic conditions either independently or alongside physician partners based on credentialing
• Guiding patients and their families through preventive care, wellness education, and long-term disease management strategies
• Prescribing appropriate medications and therapeutic interventions within your full scope of practice
• Leading follow-up care and coordinating chronic condition management across care episodes
• Partnering with interdisciplinary clinical teams to deliver seamless, whole-person care
• Maintaining precise and timely documentation within electronic medical record systems

Education Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited institution
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner training program

Required Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Utah
