Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Evaluate patients' needs and devise individualized therapy strategies that help them reach their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based interventions that enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to ensure holistic and comprehensive patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their loved ones on therapy techniques to support continuous improvement at home.
• Track Progress and Adjust Treatment: Record clinical outcomes and modify therapy plans as necessary to help patients stay on target.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continuing education opportunities encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
