Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Conduct thorough evaluations to understand each patient's unique challenges and craft targeted treatment strategies aimed at restoring functional independence
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply current, research-supported techniques to improve fine motor function, cognitive performance, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner closely with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to ensure well-rounded, cohesive patient care
• Educate and Empower: Equip patients and their support networks with the tools and knowledge needed to continue progress well beyond the clinic walls
• Track and Refine Outcomes: Maintain thorough clinical documentation, monitor patient progress, and adapt treatment plans responsively to ensure steady forward momentum

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing professional development and post-graduate certifications welcomed and actively supported

Certifications

• Valid, active Occupational Therapist Registered / Licensed (OTR/L) credential
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
