• Educate patients and their families on strategies to support progress and carryover of skills beyond the clinical session.
• Contribute to inpatient evaluation and treatment needs as they arise, maintaining strong continuity across care settings.
• Complete timely and precise clinical documentation in compliance with state, federal, and facility standards.

Education

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is still pending.

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Virginia.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA strongly preferred.
