Job Responsibilities

• Craft Custom Treatment Plans: Assess patients’ individual needs and develop tailored therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients’ motor functions, cognitive skills, and daily living abilities.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and well-rounded care.
• Guide Patients and Their Families: Educate patients and caregivers on effective therapy methods to support continued improvement at home.
• Track and Assess Progress: Continually monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals.

Education

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Ongoing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and fully supported.

Licensure

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory.
