Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Conduct thorough assessments to understand each patient's unique functional challenges, then develop tailored therapy programs aimed at meaningful, measurable outcomes
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven, research-supported techniques to help patients rebuild strength, coordination, cognition, and confidence in their daily activities
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nursing staff, and case managers to ensure each patient receives well-rounded, cohesive care
• Empower Patients and Families: Teach therapeutic strategies and adaptive techniques that extend progress beyond the clinic walls and into the home environment
• Track Progress and Refine Treatment: Maintain accurate, thorough documentation while continuously evaluating patient response and modifying plans to optimize recovery trajectories

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Pursuit of post-graduate certifications and continuing education strongly supported and encouraged

Certifications

• Current, active Occupational Therapist Registered / Licensed (OTR/L) credential
• NBCOT certification (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) required
