Description

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in alignment with facility protocols and regulatory standards

Education

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent graduate-level degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in good standing
