What You'll Be Doing

* Identify and source qualified healthcare candidates through our proprietary tools and your own professional network
 

* Initiate outreach to prospective candidates, introduce them to MLR, and assess their interest in new opportunities
 

* Coordinate and schedule discovery calls and appointments between candidates and our internal recruiting team
 

* Nurture warm leads through consistent, thoughtful follow-up communication
 

* Keep detailed, accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn tiered commission based on scheduled meetings, completed interviews, and successful placements tied to your outreach
