We are seeking experienced, entrepreneurially minded professionals to join us as Senior Medical Sales and Healthcare Recruiters. This is not a traditional desk job. It is a launchpad — a fully supported recruiting practice backed by enterprise-level infrastructure, marketing resources, and some of the most competitive commission structures in the industry. You will own full-cycle placements, nurture meaningful client partnerships, and leverage tools that most recruiters only dream about. Every placement you make is a direct reflection of the value you create — and here, that value is rewarded without caps or ceilings.

What You Will Do

Own Full-Cycle Searches from the very first intake call through a successful close, guiding both clients and candidates with confidence and care. Act as a true Client Partner by developing a genuine understanding of each organization's hiring needs, culture, and longer-term goals — not just their open roles. Source Strategically using our proprietary CRM and ATS platform, your personal network, and an integrated communications suite designed to keep your pipeline warm and your outreach sharp. Leverage Our Platform to manage candidates, automate follow-ups, track every touchpoint, and stay organized across a full book of business without the usual chaos. Prioritize Permanent Placements that create lasting value for the clients you serve and meaningful commission for you. Contribute to Thought Leadership as we grow our collective brand — and yours right along with it.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with two to three or more years of agency recruiting or consultative sales experience, along with a strong working knowledge of the healthcare industry — or a genuine eagerness to learn, because we are here to coach you. You are skilled at managing client relationships and guiding offers to a successful close. You are comfortable navigating ATS and CRM systems, and we will train you on ours. Most importantly, you bring an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build something with staying power.
