What You’ll Be Doing

In this full-time role, you’ll perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. You’ll prescribe medications and therapies, provide wellness check-ups, and offer education that empowers patients and their families to take charge of their health. You’ll also serve as a key voice on our interdisciplinary care team — collaborating with physicians, nurses, and specialists to deliver coordinated, compassionate care. From initial consults to long-term follow-up, your presence will be a constant source of clarity and comfort.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll need a master’s degree in nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, an active NP license in Virginia, and board certification in your specialty area (FNP, AGNP, etc.). Experience as an RN or NP is strongly preferred, but highly motivated new graduates with clinical confidence and excellent patient rapport are encouraged to apply.
