What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering full-spectrum, continuous care to patients of all ages — from newborns and school-age children to adults managing complex chronic conditions and seniors navigating the later chapters of life.
• Diagnosing and treating a broad range of acute and chronic conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, respiratory illness, musculoskeletal complaints, and behavioral health concerns.
• Performing comprehensive physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies, and crafting individualized, evidence-based care plans.
• Working collaboratively with an integrated care team that includes care managers, behavioral health clinicians, and specialists to ensure seamless, coordinated patient experiences.
• Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and value-based care programs that push outcomes higher and elevate the entire practice.
• Documenting accurately and efficiently within a modern EMR platform with strong administrative support behind you.
• Seeing patients in person and via telehealth, expanding access and flexibility for the communities you serve.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (ABFM or AOBFP).
• Active Virginia medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
