Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Conduct thorough patient evaluations and craft tailored therapeutic strategies aligned with each individual's functional goals and personal priorities
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply current, research-supported techniques to improve motor function, cognitive performance, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to deliver well-rounded, patient-centered rehabilitation
• Educate and Empower: Teach patients and their support networks therapeutic strategies that reinforce progress and promote lasting independence beyond the clinic
• Track Outcomes and Refine Plans: Maintain accurate clinical documentation, analyze progress data, and adapt treatment approaches to keep every patient moving forward

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing professional development and post-graduate certifications are actively encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current, active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure required
