What You Will Do

Take full ownership of searches from the initial intake call all the way through the close, leaving no stone unturned along the way. Step into a true client partner role, immersing yourself in each organization's hiring needs, cultural nuances, and long-term goals. Source talent strategically using our proprietary CRM and ATS platform alongside your existing network and our built-in communications tools. Lean into our all-in-one platform to track outreach, manage your pipeline, automate follow-ups, and stay ruthlessly organized without the chaos. Prioritize permanent placements that deliver lasting value to your clients and meaningful commission to you.
