What You'll Be Doing Day to Day:

• Setting up and organizing the operating room prior to each procedure
• Establishing and maintaining sterile fields throughout all surgical cases
• Passing instruments, supplies, and equipment to surgeons and surgical assistants with precision and speed
• Managing and accounting for all surgical instruments, sponges, and sharps before, during, and after procedures

• Collaborating fluidly with OR nurses, anesthesia providers, and attending surgeons to deliver seamless patient care

Education Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required

Certifications Required:

• Active CST credential through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
• Current BLS certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
