What You Will Do

• Perform thorough physical evaluations, review and interpret diagnostic data, and build individualized care strategies tailored to each patient's goals and circumstances.
• Work in close partnership with care coordinators, behavioral health clinicians, and specialists to ensure continuity and cohesion across the care continuum.
• Engage actively in quality initiatives and process improvements that drive measurable gains in patient outcomes and clinic performance.
• Maintain precise, timely documentation through an electronic medical records platform designed to minimize administrative friction.

Education

• MD or DO degree earned from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (required).
