What You Will Do

* Identify and source prospective healthcare candidates using our industry-leading proprietary platform alongside your own professional network

* Initiate outreach to potential candidates, introduce them to open opportunities through MLR, and assess their interest and fit

* Coordinate and schedule appointments between qualified candidates and our experienced recruiters for in-depth screening conversations

* Nurture leads through consistent and thoughtful follow-up, keeping candidates engaged throughout the process

* Keep candidate and activity records accurate and current within our applicant tracking system

* Earn performance-based commissions tied directly to meetings booked, interviews completed, and placements that originated from your outreach

How Your Earnings Work
