Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations using a blend of standardized assessment tools and skilled clinical observation.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address both immediate therapeutic goals and long-range communication, cognitive, or swallowing outcomes.
• Deliver focused one-on-one speech therapy targeting areas including language development, fluency, voice, cognitive-linguistic function, and dysphagia management.
• Partner closely with occupational therapists, physical therapists, physicians, nursing staff, caregivers, and families to ensure a unified, whole-patient approach to care.
• Provide meaningful education and guidance to patients and their support networks to reinforce therapeutic gains beyond the clinical setting.
• Contribute to inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions as needed, ensuring smooth continuity of care across care settings.
• Maintain thorough, timely, and compliant documentation in alignment with state, federal, and organizational standards.

Education
