Job Description

• Develop Individualized Care Plans: Conduct thorough assessments to understand each patient's unique challenges and craft tailored treatment strategies aimed at restoring function and independence
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven therapeutic techniques to support improvements in fine motor skills, cognitive processing, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, nursing staff, and social workers to deliver seamless, whole-person care
• Empower Patients and Families: Provide clear, compassionate education to patients and their loved ones so that progress continues well beyond each session
• Track Outcomes and Adapt Treatment: Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress, and refine care plans to keep every individual moving forward

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Post-graduate certifications and continuing education pursuits are strongly encouraged and actively supported

Certifications

• Current, active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure in good standing
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
